Help Neighbors Affected by Wildfires

Wildfires in Spokane County, White Swan, and across Eastern Washington, including Yakama Nation and Colville Tribal lands, have forced evacuations, disrupted daily life, and created urgent needs for food, water, shelter, and other essentials. Local organizations, Tribal leaders, emergency responders, and community members are working together to support their neighbors through this crisis.  

Northwest Harvest is contributing to those efforts by delivering 30 pallets of food and water through trusted local partners, including Second Harvest, Yakama Nation Housing Authority, and Sunrise Outreach Center, helping ensure affected communities have access to emergency food assistance. 

If you’d like to support people and communities impacted by these fires:

• Governor Ferguson’s office has a comprehensive list of local organizations accepting donations, as well as disaster resources, status updates, and more.
• Support Yakama Nation communities through Yakama Nation Housing Authority.
• Donate directly to Yakama Nation wildfire relief efforts, including supplies and financial assistance for impacted families.
• The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and the Yakama Nation are also accepting donations for those impacted by the Kaiser Canyon and Signal Peak fires. 
• Spokane wildfire relief efforts through the City of Spokane’s H.O.M.E. Starts Here Fund.
• Regional wildfire response and recovery through Innovia Foundation’s Wildfire Response Fund. 
• Emergency shelter and disaster relief through the American Red Cross Inland Northwest.
