Call for Proposals: Legislative Advocacy and Community Engagement Consultant

Northwest Harvest seeks proposals from qualified consultants, contractors, firms, or agencies to provide legislative advocacy, constituent engagement, communications, and campaign support during the 2027 Washington State legislative session.

From supporting community members who share their experiences with lawmakers, to mobilizing advocates around key legislation, to helping coordinate Hunger Action Day and other engagement opportunities, this role will help ensure that the voices of Washingtonians facing hunger and poverty are heard in the policymaking process.

If you’re passionate about food justice, civic engagement, and community-centered advocacy, we’d love to hear from you. This is anticipated to be a 4-month engagement, beginning in December.
