Artist Statement:

I make things because it’s how I talk back to the world, to my ancestors, to whoever’s still listening. Expression isn’t just decoration; it’s how I get heard. It’s how I leave notes in the margins of time.

My voice is mine, sure, but it’s also a vessel. It carries Black, Queer, and Trans frustration, joy, messiness, and brilliance. I’m not here to clean it up for anyone. My work is a chorus of the living and the dead, the loud and the quiet.

I want what I make to stand upright in the present, to speak plainly, and to grow old with a kind of shameless grace.
