There are limited tickets available for participating restaurant meals. All food must be picked up on the Friday of the event from 3:00 – 5:00 PM from the featured restaurant selected. The Soul of Seattle 2021 is a series of virtual fundraising events throughout the month of February to benefit local Black chefs and organizations that empower youth of color in Seattle. Featuring dinners from Gravy & La Spiga Friday, February 12th – Live Panel Discussion with national Black culinary leaders hosted by Marcus Samuelsson. Panel includes Mashama Bailey, Eric Adjepong, Shakirah Simley, Kwame Onwuachi & Edouardo Jordan. Featuring dinners from Café Campagne & Salare Friday, February 19th – Live Cooking Demo Trey Lamont, Kristi Brown, and host Wayne Johnson of Farestart. Featuring dinners from Jerk Shack & Communion Friday, February 26th – Live Closing Dance party with special guest DJ Questlove.
