Whip, Beat and Fry Hunger

Here at Northwest Harvest we are starting to get geared up for our big special events season. October through December are busy and extremely fun months. There is never a boring moment in our offices. Over the past couple of years, we have been adding new and different events. One new and exciting event is called Whip, Beat and Fry Hunger and will be taking place on October 24th at the Blue Ribbon Cooking School. Blue Ribbon Cooking School invites guests to come and learn how to make delicious and seasonal dishes. At the end of the cooking portion of the evening, all in attendance get to sit down and enjoy the delicious meal that you have spent the evening learning how to make.

Come October 24th, guests at this event will enjoy a half hour of mouth-watering appetizers and a beverage bar. After that, the Blue Ribbon Cooking School international staff of chefs will take guests on an exciting adventure through amazing, local and delicious classes. Finally, guests will have an hour to sit at tables with a view of Lake Union and a meal constructed of the fantastic meals that were created during the tutorials.

The classes to choose from may include:

-Winter grill steak and grilled salad

-Perfect risotto

-Homemade beignets

-Salmon and vegetables


-Chocolate tasting and truffle making

-Wine tasting
