Community Partnerships

Northwest Harvest is the only non-profit food bank distribution center operating statewide in Washington with a network of over 325 food banks, meal programs and high-need elementary schools. Our network currently provides over 677,000 client services each month to those in need across Washington.

With more than 40 years of experience in the food distribution industry, a solid reputation and name recognition in the state, a partnership with Northwest Harvest is good for public image and for business.

Learn more about how support of all kinds can make a great difference:

  • Growers and processors are some of our most valued donors. Find out how Northwest Harvest is uniquely positioned to serve the agricultural industry most effectively.

  • Community support not only provides Northwest Harvest with food, funds and volunteer labor but also office furniture, warehouse equipment, software and professional services. In most cases, donations of skills and assets are also tax-deductible. Do you have assets you think could be used to help support our mission? Contact us to find out more.

  • Media partnerships help us to share our mission and involve the community in supporting their neighbors. Whether it is a donation of advertising, event sponsorship or the facilitation of community discussion, media support plays a critical role focusing attention on issues affecting hunger in Washington. To explore media partnership opportunities, contact Communications Manager Claire Acey at 206.923.7426.

For more information, see our Community Partnership FAQ's page or view Northwest Harvest's Partnership Policy (PDF).

As a 501(c)(3) agency, all donations of goods and services to Northwest Harvest are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
